She was predeceased by: her husband Michael W. Evans; her parents, Hugh Gaines and Elizabeth Gaines; and her siblings, James Leckie, Norma Conte and Betty Risch.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Evans (Joanne) of Lithia, Fla., Rick Evans (Jeanne) of Indianola, Michael Evans (Brandy), Ashley Evans, Gigi of Nick, Shelby, Mira Evans, Robin, Bob Fletcher, Jim and Joan Leckie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for children, Erie, would be appreciated.
