He was predeceased by: his father Frank E. Howard. He is survived by: his children, Shane Howard (Navada Radovitch), Shiloh Howard and Samantha Sabina (Sean); his grandsons, Hayden Howard, Grayson Sabina and Oliver Sabina; his brothers, Frank H. Howard (Ginger), Mark A. Smith (Libby) and Anthony S. Smith (Tracy); his mother Joyce A. Howard; and the mother of his children Karen Lengle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
