He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Neal and Mabel L. Neal (Basenback); and his son William A. Neal. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn A. "Cass" Neal (DeMalta); his children, Janet L. Cambier (Douglas) of Salinas, CA and Steve A. Neal of Conneaut Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Alissa Weber (Brock) of Hailey, ID, Justin Cambier (Lindsay) of Hailey, ID and Tim Cambier (Crystal); his brother Frank A. Neal (Tonya) of Bastrop, TX; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Mason, Hudson and Elle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor and memory of Coach Neal to the Bill and Cass Neal Football Scholarship Fund or to the Lions Club Camp Orenda.
