Virgil R. McConnaughey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 92, Virgil R. McConnaughey of Indiana, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virgil R. McConnaughey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dewey McConnaughey and Isa P. McConnaughey (Edwards); his wife Betty J. McConnaughey (Doris L.); and his siblings, Gloria Allison, Erma Shadle, Dale McConnaughey and Harold McConnaughey.
He is survived by: his children, Leann Stadtlander (Stuart Whitehair), Dave McConnaughey (Kelly McConnaughey) and Terry McConnaughey (Debra McConnaughey); and his close friend Erika Shimps of Indiana, PA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indiana County Humane Society or Four Footed Friends in Virgil's name.
