He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Shirley and Sarah P. Shirley (Lichtenfels); and his wife Brenda Shirley (Shields). He is survived by: his sons, Timothy C. Shirley Jr. (Phyllis) and Travis M. Shirley (Jallene); and his siblings, Ron Shirley, Don Shirley, Pat Shirley, Rick Shirley, Bonnie Raney and Nancy Bracken. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
