He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Lipsie and Virginia M. Lipsie (Huber); his wife Barbara L Lipsie (Weiss); and his sister Connie Diane Lieble. He is survived by: his children, Rochelle A. Fernandez (Jose), Gary L. Lipsie (Evelyn), Trudy Stear (Norman) and Michael Lipsie; and his grandchildren, Nicole Lipsie, Hope Smith (Matthew), Chelsey Reau (Dalton) and Allison Lipsie. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a brother.
