He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butchkoski and Ann Butchkoski (Prymak); his wife Sharon Butchkoski; his brother Robert Butchkoski; and his parents-in-law, Mildred Isenberg and Homer Isenberg.
He is survived by: his brothers, Donald (Suzanne) and Michael (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Dennis (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
