She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Smart and Jessie Mae Smart (Allen). She is survived by: her children, Gairra Carter, Tashina Wigfall and Cleve Phillips. She is also survived by two sisters & two brothers, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
