She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Miller and Sophia R. Miller (Staney); her husband Alex Shelestak, Jr.; and her brother Joseph F. Miller, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Shelestak (Tracey) of Bairdford, David Shelestak (Debbie) of Indiana Township, Donald Shelestak (Debra) of Waynesburg and Alex Shelestak, III of Indiana Township; and her sister Rita Paris (Gerald) of Forest Hills. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
