It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Balint of Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Lowman and Edward Allen; her husband William Balint; her brother Edward Allen; and her grandson Michael Vincent Palilla.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Vanderneck (Richard) of Indiana, Mary Beth Palilla (Vincent) of Indiana, Maura Laughlin (Bill) of Cary, N. C., Margaret Shelhamer (Mark) of Pottsville and Bill Balint III (Amy) of Indiana; her stepsister Linda Parillo of Sharon; her cousin Hazel Ann Gander of Stoneboro; and also Paul Lowman. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.
