It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherrill Anne Kuckuck of Indiana, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Foradora and Ada Foradora (Wissinger); her husband Edward D. "Ted" Kuckuck; her children, Allison Noel Slezak (Chris) of Meridian, ID, Edward Alan Kuckuck (Amber) of Louisville, KY and Gregory Stuart Kuckuck (Tabby) of Westerville, OH.; her grandchildren, Carl, Abby, Victor Slezak, Connor, Eliza and Zander Kuckuck; and her brother Stuart Foradora of Wattsburg, PA.

The family suggests donations to be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or the Indiana County Humane Society.
