He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Black and Hilda Miller Black; and his spouse Betzi Palmer Black. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Black-Hensler and Dale Black (Christine); and his grandchildren, Katie, Sam, Lara, Addison and Megan.
