In the vast expanse of eternity, may Patrick F. find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Wagner, Sr. and Mary Eileen Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Thoma (Dan) and Patrick, Jr. (Wendy); his grandchild Kenzie Thoma; and his siblings, Mary Ann Shields (Bernard), Joseph, Jr. (Jennifer) and Brian (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15223). A Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
The family suggests donations be made in his mother Mary's honor to the UPMC Senior Communities Benevolent Care Fund.
