He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewandowski and Irene Lewandowski (Pilarski); his brother Richard Lewandowski; and his brother-in-law Larry Seaman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewandowski (Ewing) of Indiana; his children, Laurie Renko (Ken) of Chester Springs, Scott Lewandowski (Jody) of Indiana, Brian Lewandowski (Laurie) of Memphis, TN and Karen Stevenson (Sean) of Frederick, MD.; his grandchildren, Lance, Michael, Megan, John, Luke, Haley and Nicholas Stevenson; his sister Loretta Seaman; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Lewandowski, Barbara Valentine (George), Elaine Fox and Thomas Ewing (Tammy).
