She is survived by: her children, Wendy Fiddler (Jerry), Tammy Cook and Cristy Snyder; her grandchildren, Zachary Cook (Deena Hauze), White Oak, John Cook (Sami Elliot), Matthew Cook (Tiffany) and Josephine; her great grandchild Wesley Cook; her siblings, Larry Witherow (Patty), Jerry Witherow (Lillian), Barbara Turner and Dawn McCall (Douglas); and her sister-in-law Sylvia Witherow.
