He is survived by: his parents, John Michael Mitchell Jr. and Diana Lynn Mitchell; his sisters, Elissa Mitchell of Butler, PA and Brianna Mitchell of Indiana, PA; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Carden and Erick Bergquist Jr.; his nephew Jack Piccola (Michael); his uncles, Joseph (Jayne Holuta) and Marc Hamme of Lebanon, PA; his cousins, Matthew, Cynthia Holuta, Jonathan, Abigail Holuta, Rachel, Lawrence Dance, Emily, Zachary Morris, Elisabeth Hamme and Sarah Hamme; and his friends, Jade Hajnos, Nate Haggerty, Claude Bailey and Dennis Matty.
