He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Plivelic (Brosig); his son Christopher M. Plivelic; and his siblings, John Plivelic, Barbara Petro (Stephen), Rose Oprendek (Tony) and Mary Hornicsar (Gene).
He is survived by: his children, Marianne Pierce, Lisa Dillon (David), Joseph Plivelic (Diana) and Karyn Coy (Mark); his daughter-in-law Mary Plivelic; his sister-in-law Marilyn Plivelic; and his grandchildren, Erin Pierce, Brianna Dillon (Ross Kerr), Nichelle, Ryan Plivelic, Joseph Plivelic Jr., Blair Plivelic, Dylan, Jadyn, Alyssa and Hunter Coy. He is also survived by 1 great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
