He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester McMillen and Margaret Norman McMillen; his wife Nancy McCully McMillen; his former wife Bettie Mulley McMillen; and his brother Robert McMillen.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Fischer (Aaron Keener) of Cheswick and John McMillen (Debbie) of Massachusetts Two; his grandchildren, Christopher and Kaitlin McMillen; and his sister Barbara Elford (John) of Fla.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles B. Jarvie Cheswick Funeral Home Inc. (1607 Pittsburgh St, Cheswick, PA 15024). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Deer Creek Cemetery.
