He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Piatak and Ida Piatak (Rozak); and his siblings, William Piatak and Dorothy Piatak. He is survived by: his caregiver Ramona Townsend of Spring Church; his daughter Kimberly A. Dancha (Andrew) of Altoona; and his granddaughters, Gabrielle Sukovich (William) and Brittany Dancha (Benjamin Elsenheimer).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clark Chapel of the Bauer Funeral Home (238 S Main St, Elderton, PA 16023). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
