He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Beulah Isenberg; and his siblings, William Jr. and Alice. He is survived by: his wife Rose Palmer (Mountain); and his children, Pam Vojtek (Bill) of Indiana, Steven Palmer (Leia) of Indiana, Brian "BJ" Palmer (Leanna) of North Carolina and Jason Palmer of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
