It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Means Scott of Indiana, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Scott and Ethel Scott (Means); and his wife Karen Mae Scott (Yaegle). He is survived by: his children, James M. Scott, Jr. (Cindy) of Indiana, Julie L. Bowman (William) of Indiana and Jodie L. Johnson (Greg) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Jacob Scott (Stephanie), Austin Johnson, Ryan Bowman, Brady Johnson (Mikayla), Rachel Bowman, Conor Johnson and Drake Johnson; and his great grandchild Braelyn Scott.
