He was predeceased by: his sister Tiffany Nicole Burkett; and his grandparents, Kenneth Holley, LaVonne and Harvey Horn. He is survived by: his son Drew; his parents, Laurene Snyder and Bob Snyder of Indiana; his siblings, Jeremy Burkett (Angela) of Harrisburg, PA and Lindsay Duplinsky (Brandon); his half-sisters, Allisha Holley and Jessica Holley-Clark; his stepsister Marcie Spangler (Michael); his partner Kalista Jones; and his grandmother Donna Krouse. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and nephews.
