He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Ellsmore (West); his wife Sarah Ellsmore (Anthony); and his sister Jean Taylor. He is survived by: his father William J. Ellsmore; his children, James W. Ellsmore (Cheryl) of Woodbridge, VA, Lisa Hall (Thomas Jacob) of Knoxville, MD, Rick Ellsmore of Arvada, CO and Amy West of Warrenton, VA; and his sister Carol Ellsmore of Indiana, PA.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lefdahl Chapel (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701).
