He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Stevens and Carrie Stevens (Williams); his wife Nancy Stevens (Blair); and his brother Richard Stevens. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Stevens (Beverly) of Indiana and Robert Stevens (Debbie) of Indiana; his sister Mila Chesnick; and his grandchildren, Lucas Stevens (Molly), Jennifer Wanchisn (Jason), Brock Stevens (Laurie), Stacie Cain, Kami Parke (Jason Kinzey), Brittney Stevens and Brent Stevens (Joe Kivala). He is also survived by numerous greatgrandchildren, great greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
