He was predeceased by: his parents, Frampton Bell and Mary Bell (Bennett); and his wife Juanita M. "Neet" Bell (Villella). He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Sam Shirley) of Indiana and Hobart Bell, Jr. (Wendy) of Indiana; his granddaughters, Abigail (Matthew Middler) of Loyall, KY, Hannah Shirley of Greensburg, PA, Jessica (Nicholas DiGiorgio) of Charlottesville, VA and Julia Bell of Washington, DC.; his sister Dolores Spencer of Grampion, PA; his niece Kim (Tom Petrie); and his nephews, Shane and Shad Spencer.
