She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Orlosky; her husband Frank Samuel Chmiel; and her siblings, Nicholas Orlosky, Susie Orlosky, Anna Getto and Katherine Funka.
She is survived by: her children, Frank E. (Helen) of St. Charles, MO, Gregory of Greensburg, PA, Gary of Canonsburg, PA and Patricia Kusky (Robert) of Homer City, PA; and her grandchildren, Karen Connell (Andy) of St. Charles, MO, Jennifer Reedy (Josh) of Hopwood, PA, Monica Chmiel of Hermitage, TN, Brian Chmiel (Amanda) of Lititz, PA and Jeffrey Chmiel (Mallory) of Bear, DE. She is also survived by eight great-great grandchildren.
