He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wingard and Jean Wingard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Wingard; his sister Carolyn; and his children, Jeff and Julie. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory (965 Philadelphia St, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (100 N 3rd St, Indiana, PA 15701).
