He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward and Margaret Monica Duffy (McCarthy); his brother John; his sister-in-law Beatrice Wykoff; his sister Mary Patricia Mooney; and his nephew Clifton Fritz Yenny.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Wykoff; his children, Devon of Indiana and Patrick (Beth); his grandchildren, Jack, Katie and Mike of Frederick Md; his brothers, James Duffy (Margie) of Fairhope, AL and Duane (Barb) of Johnsonburg, PA; his siblings-in-law, Joe Mooney of Brockway, PA, Phyllis Easley (Tom) of Meadville, PA and Clifton Karns Wykoff (Marilyn) of Saegertown Pa; and his nieces and nephews, Merilee Wagner, Deborah Taylor, Brian Duffy, Wayne Duffy, PJ Molnar, Joseph Mooney (Duffy), Vincent Yenny, Todd Yenny, Sonya Taylor, Phyllis Lord and Nadine Stearns.
