He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Holliday and Suzanna Holliday (Marusa); his daughter Michele McGaughey; his brother Kenneth "Hiram" Holliday; his in-laws, Silas R. Beatty and Georgann Smith Vedder; and his brother-in-law Bill Beatty.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Beatty; his daughters, Cynthia and Brenda Jean Holliday; and also Jason McGaughey. He is also survived by son-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Four Footed Friends, 200 Beck Road, Indiana, PA 15701.
