He is survived by: his wife Birttie M. (Harris); his children, Geraldine Evans (Clarence) of Pittsburgh, Diane L. Smith of Pittsburgh and Quallan Barclay (Shakuwra); his grandchildren, Jamila Evans, Gerald Ian Smith, Natalie Clemons, Lamar Clemons, Elijah Evans (Angie), Tenesha Andrea Smith and Taru Ford (Jackie); and his brothers, George Clemons (Lugene) of Indiana and John Clemons (Lillian) of Indiana. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
