She was predeceased by: her husband Roy C. Bongartz; her son Gerard T. Bongartz; her parents, Thomas Fleming and Margaret Fleming; her siblings, Margaret Gallo (Joseph), Joan Chuilla (Bernie), Rosemary Fleming, Thomas Fleming (Rozella) and Jackie Fleming (Mitzi); and her grandchild Shannon.

She is survived by: her children, Eric C. Bongartz, Paul J. Bongartz (Luis Larraz), Noel F. Bongartz (Janet) and Teresa Bongartz; her grandsons, Sean, Robert and Brent; her great grandchildren, Brieona, Chanel, Dante and Milleek; and her great great grandchild Evelyn.

The family respectfully suggests donations be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, 1 N Linden St, Duquesne, PA 15110.
