She was predeceased by: her father Richard Schmidt; her son Johnny Mulley; and her brother Richard Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" McMillen; her daughter Jacquelyn A. Rouggie (Michael) of Indianola; and her stepchildren, Susan McMillen (Aaron Keener), John McMillen (Debbie), Christopher and Kaitlin McMillen.
