She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Campbell and Louisa Campbell (Wolfe); and her brother-in-law Robert C. Parks. She is survived by: her husband Edward Farrell; her sons, James of Indiana and Michael (Rebecca) of Wattsburg; her sister Elmira Parks of Atwood; her grandchildren, Dane Farrell, Maelyn Farrell and Mikey Farrell; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Casey (Matthew), Samantha Kuhn (Shane Sudul), J. J. Kuhn, Jr. and Anthony Kuhn; and her nieces, Kimberly Pfeil (Doug) and Tammy Parks (Mark Monahan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beacon Ridge 1515 Wayne Avenue Indiana, PA 15701 in recognition of the excellent care provided to Eileen.
