It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas E. Lezanic of Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Lezanic; and his brother Nicholas Wayne Lezanic. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Lezanic (Henry); his son Hadyn Lezanic of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Mary Jo Rickard (Larry) of Cherry Tree, Terry Lezanic (Carrie) of Indiana, Jayne Marie Taylor (Dick) of Creekside and Keith Lezanic (Donna) of Lucernmines. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
