He is survived by: his father Dewey Clifton Foust, II; his wife Linda Foust (Fedder); his children, Justin Fedder (Jessica), Jeremy Fedder (Kierston Rager) and Kristin Wood (Jessie); his grandchildren, Talon, Madden, Kamdyn, Jordan, Cameron, Elijah and Jessilynn; his siblings, Jamie Henry (Bryan) and Michael Foust (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Henry, Bryan Henry Jr., Ashley Foust and Michael Foust Jr.; and his pet Nakita.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home to assist with funeral arrangements.
