He is survived by: his children, Denton Maxwell Fulmer (Bobbie Jo), David Allen Fulmer and Jamie Phillips (Marvin); his brother Donald "Tink" Fulmer; and his grandchildren, Kimber, Kyleigh, Kaydence, Miley, Emily, Ethan, Braden and Dylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
