She is survived by: her husband Stephen Costello; her children, Lorraine Gibson (John), Stephen Costello, Jr. (Shari) and Michael Costello (Lori); her grandchildren, Andrew Costello (McKayla), Matthew Costello, Michael Costello, Jr. and Megan Costello; and her great grandchildren, Berklee and Beckett Costello.
