She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman "Mike" and Dolores Chuderewicz (Ciesinski); and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard Barnes; her sons, Matthew (Allyson) of Fletcher, NC and Thomas of Indiana; her grandson Garrett; her siblings, David (Christel) of Allison Park and Susan Kadlecik (John) of Plum Borough; and her mother-in-law Freda Barnes of Indiana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and friends.
