He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kirby Yendell and Marion Ella Yendell (Haberland); and his parents-in-law, Margaret Bush and Bernard "Beryl" Bush. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Yendell (Bush) of Indiana; his children, Jenna Seiling (Brett) of Fairfax, VA and Bradley Yendell (Christine) of Bel Air, MD.; his grandchildren, Scott, Sarah, Ron, Blake and Holly; his brother Kevin Yendell (Cathy) of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Bush (Carole) of Indiana and Barbara Miller (Bill) of Indiana.
Watching soccer and cheering for his team, Manchester City occupied a good bit of time during the pandemic.
