It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn R Lewis of Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Carnahan and Helen Carnahan (Blystone); her husband Richard Lewis; her children, Jeffrey S. Lewis and Shelly A. Lewis; her grandson Joseph M. Lewis; and her siblings, James Carnahan, Danny Carnahan and Ruby Davis (Dan Gromley).
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda L; and her daughter-in-law Valerie Lewis-Harper (Duane) of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
