She was predeceased by: her father Basil Zack; her siblings, Elmer, Kenneth, Thomas Zack, Dora Jones and Janet Henderson; and her siblings-in-law, Theodore Bowser, Norman Jones, Charles Henderson, Georgia Zack, Joann Zack and Wilma Joy Zack.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Ray" McKendrick; her children, Roger McKendrick of Indiana, PA and Susan Hill (Jeffrey) of Blairsville, PA; her grandchildren, Mark McKendrick (Amanda) of Belle Vernon, PA and Stephanie Friday of Polk City, FL; her great grandchildren, Hannah Friday of Polk City, FL and Madison McKendrick of Belle Vernon, PA; and her siblings, Eleanor Bowser (Theodore) of Blairsville, PA, Samuel Zack (Nettie) of Blacklick and John Zack (Lorie) of Blairsville. She is also survived by married on December 1, 1958; children.
