She was predeceased by: her father Richard Rouggie. She is survived by: her mother Lucy Rouggie DeThomas; her husband Michael Breyak; her daughters, Laurel Breyak (Angelo) and Lindsey Breyak (Alex); her sister Johnetta Burget (Doug); and her grandchildren, Thomas Michael Petraglia, Lilyanna Grace Petraglia and Bear. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to either Breast Cancer Research or St. Jude Foundation.
