She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd McMillen and Violet Douglas; and her brothers, Lloyd (Marian Kirkland), Richard (Arla Kirkland) and Darwin (Marie Kirkland).
She is survived by: her spouse Dale E. Kirkland; her children, Karen Mack (Gary) of Indiana and Lonny Kirkland (Deana) of Indiana; and her grandsons, Nathaniel Mack (Jenna) of Indiana and Joshua Mack of Indiana. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
