He is survived by: his wife Vicki Rathbun (Boyle); his children, Amanda Thomas, Samantha Rathbun, Tricia Winder and Joshua Rathbun (Renee McCoy); his grandchildren, Breannah Johnson and Sophia Rathbun; and his siblings, Dorothy "Dolly" Hines, Richard Hines (Dee), Margaret "Maggie" Rosemeir (late Scott), Edward Rathbun (Bev), Brenda "Mini" Swet (Metro), Fred Hines and Robert "Bob" Hines. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
