He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael R. Kasper and Josephine C. Jamnicky Kasper; his wife Robyn Kasper; and his brother Raymond Kasper. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rick Foster (Melissa) and Chrysten Foster; and his grandchildren, Hayden Schafer, Isabella Foster and Brooks Foster.

In lieu of flowers, Tom requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

I worked with Tom @ Giltspur Exhibits and have to say I did enjoy working together on various projects with Tom, but most of all I enjoyed the conversation at the end of the day . After leaving Giltspur Tom always reached out to me when in Atlanta. Tom will be missed. My sympathies go out to Tom's family during this difficult time. Herb Davies”
