He is survived by: his sister Betty Koontz; his wife Darlene Rasbach; his children, Theodore Jr. (Deborah), Timothy (Nicole), Thomas, Todd and Darlynn (Tim Ocharzak); and his grandchildren, Trevor, Hannah, Adyson, Rachel, Riley, Teagan, Ryan and Kylie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
