He was predeceased by: his brother John Guido (Linda); and his parents, Rocco and Josephine. He is survived by: his spouse Kevin Costa; his son Alan; his brother Louis Guido (Beth); his nieces and nephews, Krista Robbins (David), Maria Guido, Tom Guido (Dianna) and Nick Guido (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Gail King and Duane Costa. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, great nieces & nephews, cousins and dear friends.
