He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kathy Smith Moore and Charles Smith; and his pet Bella. He is survived by: his niece Heidi Smith; his great-niece Brittany Garay (Justin); his great-nephews, Cody Baxa and Dominic Garay; his nephew Todd Smith (Amy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace, Brenden and Marina; his nephew Shaun Moore; and his aunts, Hattie Gitts and June Stalnecker. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many very special friends.
