It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Powers of Imperial, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Finley and Lillian Finley (Pritchard); and her sibling Dale Finley. She is survived by: her husband James L. Powers; her sister Pamela Finley Lynn (John); her sibling-in-law Sandy Finley; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Lynn (Chelsea), Brian Lynn (Katie), Kelsey Lynn (Andrew Drake), Jeni Neill (Tim), James and Phillip Krieger.
