She was predeceased by: her parents, Ceseare Pagliuca and Assunta Chappell (Acenzi); her former husband Albert Mack; her husband Robert D. O'Hara; and her brother Harold Pagliuca.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lillian Valla (Emory Robert), Sandra Samoville (Clifford) and Connie Ballentine (late Jeff). She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
